Currently enrolled PharmD students from UF and other ACPE accredited programs should complete this form to apply for the Intensive Summer Research Program.

Students are required to contact their proposed faculty mentor regarding their participation before completing the ISRP application. Upon selection, students will receive an ISRP Participants Packet that includes the Faculty Mentor Agreement Form for completion.

The deadline to apply for Summer 2025 is February 7.
