The University of Florida American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, or AAPS, Student Chapter is dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical sciences, fostering professional development and building meaningful connections between students, academia, industry and regulatory professionals. Our chapter brings together students and trainees from across the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and related biomedical disciplines who are passionate about drug discovery, development, translational science and improving global health.

As part of the AAPS, members gain access to one of the premier professional scientific organizations in pharmaceutical research and development. Founded in 1986, AAPS is a global professional organization representing approximately 7,000 members and over 10,000 actively participating stakeholders across academia, industry, government and research institutes worldwide.

The UF AAPS Student Chapter provides students with opportunities to expand their professional networks, engage with leaders in pharmaceutical sciences and gain exposure to diverse career pathways across industry, academia and regulatory sciences.

Membership Opportunities
