Commencement Ceremonies
At the completion of their degree program, College of Pharmacy on-campus graduate students may choose to participate in the UF-wide Commencement ceremonies.
- RSVP for the Commencement ceremony as part of your Degree Application in One.UF
- Be sure to order your cap and gown in time!
- Diplomas are mailed to the graduates after the ceremony, and take approximately 8-10 weeks to arrive by mail. Diplomas are mailed to the physical mailing address listed in the graduating student’s degree application.
- International students with family traveling to the Commencement ceremony may require a Letter of Invitation from the UF International Center.
Walking Out of Term (WOOT)
Walking Out of Term, or WOOT, allows students to participate in a UF Commencement ceremony during a different term than their graduation date. COP graduate students who would like to WOOT should review the UF Walking Out of Term (WOOT) policy, then submit the WOOT form for approval. WOOT requests must be submitted before the midpoint of the ceremony’s term to be considered. Any questions can be directed to GraduateStudents@cop.ufl.edu.
